Our shaker is a compact hot chocolate maker with an expandable lid that accommodates the pressure created when you shake hot liquid. The base of the shaker is double walled and also microwave safe (except the lid) so your whole drink – whether hot or cold – can be made using just one piece of equipment.

Looking after your shaker: don't place the shaker lid in the microwave as this causes tears and leaks, handwash only with warm soapy water and allow to dry.

How to make a hot chocolate using your shaker 

• Pour your preferred milk to level 7(200ml)
• Add 30-35g/8 teaspoons of Knoops chocolate flakes to the cup 
• Microwave for 1 minutes (without the lid) 
• Place lid securely on the cup with the the top pushed flat 
• Shake for 10-15 seconds 

How to make an iced chocolate using your shaker

• Pour your preferred milk to level 2 
• Add 5 teaspoons of Knoops chocolate flakes to the cup 
• Microwave for 1 minutes (without the lid) 
• Place lid securely on the cup with the the top pushed flat 
• Shake for 10-15 seconds 
• Pour 150ml of milk over ice and then add chocolate-milk mixture
