Where is my order?

What do I do if I put the wrong address for my order?

These things happen – contact our customer happiness team as soon as you can here and they can advise if the shipping address can be changed. Please note: due to the high volume of orders, we cannot guarantee any changes.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Unfortunately, orders can sometimes arrive damaged. Please get in touch here with photos of what's been damaged and your order number.
