How do I redeem my rewards in store?Updated 7 months ago

In order to redeem your rewards you will need to download the Knoops app for iOS here and for Android here. Once you have signed up with the same email address linked to your Crowdcube investment (please do not use Apple ID) your rewards should show within 24 hours. All available discounts will be shown under 'Offers'. 

How to redeem your vouchers in store

• Vouchers can only be redeemed when ordering through the app 
• Make sure you logged into your profile before order
• Select the store you would like to order from 
• Choose the drink/product you would like to order and add it to your cart 
• Select ' Choose personal offer' and click the voucher you would like to use. Please note you can only redeem one voucher at a time
• This will discount the corresponding product and the order can be placed 

*If you would like to use more than one voucher per visit you will need to place separate orders. Once your order has been placed, wait 2-3 minutes and repeat the above to use the next voucher.
