Investor rewards will be valid for a year once issued.
In order to redeem your rewards you will need to download the Knoops app for iOS here and for Android here. Once you have signed up with the same email address linked to your Crowdcube investment (please do not use Apple ID) your rewards should show
If you are part of the Velvet Crowd you will receive 20% off online orders. In order to redeem this you will need to signup on our website with the same email address as the app (and Crowdcube) through this link, the voucher will only work with this
The investor tin and/hamper will be sent out in January to the address given to Crowdcube. If you have moved or would like your delivery sent elsewhere please reach out to us at [email protected].
If you are part of the Smooth Crowd you will be sent invites for any exclusive events Knoops holds or attends. If you are part of the Velvet Crowd there will be a tasting event held with Jens. More information on events will be sent directly to you.
