How do I link my loyalty app to the Knoops website?

Customers can now earn loyalty points in store and with online orders. You must have an app account first.

How to earn points?

How do I find out about rewards + offers?

We recommend enabling push notifications and signing up to our emails, so you don't miss out on any offers. You can do this by tapping 'Settings', then sliding on for push notifications.

How do I know if my website account is earning loyalty points?

In order to see if you have correctly linked your accounts to earn points for online orders, click on 'Knoops loyalty' and sign in. If your account is linked you will see any points already earned and rewards available here.
